1.Base understanding of Cctv installation - brands= euromax,adha,hik-vision"BALLOON & POE" both info
2.Networking - CCNA OR CCNP
3.Advanced Hardware troubleshooting - motherboard, switch, server Brands = fujitsu, dell & HP
4.Bachelors degree on BSIT - "Bachelor of Science in Information Technology" minimum 3 years experience on field
5.Base understand on MICROS-Oracle"5500 to 5700" for restaurants POS AND SERVER
6.Base understanding on tally Erp 9 to prime gold
7.Base understanding on SQL from 2009 to 2012
8.Base understanding Linux OS- REDHAT/centos
9.Base Understanding on POE & Legacy Router Brand- Netgear/dlink/tplink/huawei
10.Base Idea on installing the OS - windows 7/10/11 windows server - 2009 to 2016
11.Base understanding on NAS "Network-attached storage" OS - unraid/truenas
12.Base understanding on Talabat and website entry update on wordpress based domain
13.Base understanding on Domain Active directory windows server 2009/2012

Job roles:

1. Day to day checking of Cctv and server sales files
2. Backup server monitoring
3. Active directory server monitoring
4. Switch's and cp router monitoring
5. Talabat data entry
6. Reporting and data management - Office day to day route
7. all location IT hardware health check up every month
8. Based understanding and monitoring UPS system
9. Reporting of daily task to upper management
