Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, including text, image, and video-based content.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and audience insights to optimize campaign performance.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to customer inquiries and comments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strategies to differentiate our brand and enhance our online presence.
Track and report key social media metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
