RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job summary,

- Overview the food preparation/ presentation process, ensuring quality and standards and techniques of the food specifications.
- Ensure the effective implementation of service standards.
- Greet customers when needed, guarantee them an excellent dining experience and handle their complaints appropriately.
- Supervise all staffs on the oocassions of food preparation, customer service, cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Providing regular, accurate, computerized reports of operations to management.
- Promoting cooperative efforts, a team spirit, and good morale among employees.
- Performing other work related duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management.
- 5-6 Years experience in F&B Operations.(GCC EXPERIENCE IS MUST)
- Flunecy in English, Arabic
- Proficency in MS OFFICE
