A leading Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Maintenance Manager for its properties.

The ideal candidate must be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of a high rise tower building. This includes overseeing the work of maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that the building is in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the work of maintenance staff
• Schedule repairs and maintenance
• Ensure that the building is in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
• Work with tenants and vendors to ensure that the building is operating smoothly and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of the building
• Monitor and maintain the building's energy consumption
• Ensure that the building's mechanical systems are properly commissioned and maintained
• Conduct regular inspections of the building's electrical and plumbing systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems
• Work with vendors to procure and install new equipment and systems
• Prepare reports on the condition of the building
• Develop and implement maintenance plans
• Manage the maintenance budget
• Hire and train new maintenance staff
• Resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in building maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in high rise tower maintenance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver's license
