Job Responsibilities [Pre & Post Contract] :
• Taking off Quantities
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Estimation & Pricing
• Rate Analysis
• Project cash flow
• Budgeting & Project costing
• Preparation & Submission of Tender Documents.
• Value Engineering
• Cost Reconciliations
• Preparation of Payment Applications to Clients
• Payment Certificates to Subcontractors
• Claims & Variations [Client & Subcontractors]
• Bonds and Insurances
• Project Cost Reports & Analysis
• Final Accounts [Client & Subcontractors]

Experience & Competencies

• 12 – 15 years experience of at least 3 years in the Kingdom of Bahrain [preferably Contractors]
• Proficient with the latest Computer Software related to Estimation & Pricing
• Well-versed with the rates & prices of Labour, Plant, Materials & Subcontractors in Bahrain
