Description

• Focus and drive sales and distribution targets across RVS channel
• Ensure 100% market outstanding is collected and deposited to Co. account
• Ensure 100% customer sales and distribution coverage – 100% Journey plan compliance
and 90% Effective coverage (Eco)
• Ensure the free flow of daily business
• Maintain a healthy business relationship with all customers
• Ensure Customer & Co. Contract Compliance
• Load all assortment in vans for distribution
• Ensure zero misuse of company cash, stocks and vehicle
• Deliver the monthly sales and distribution targets
• Increase productivity by increasing the number of customer and sales
• Execute promotional plans & drives
• Ensure all free goods and discounts are issued to respective customers
• Ensure all invoices and cash collections are done through hand held terminal or mobile
application provided by Co.
• Drive zero tolerance policy on misuse of company assets and funds
