Front liner of the Show Room
Answering customer’s queries about the products, prices, promos & availability thru walk-ins, telephone calls, or emails
Process customer payments and supply customers with receipts of purchases

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of the products, current sales and promotions, policies, terms of payment etc.
Maintaining customer/clients’ records
Preparing reports (e.g., Records related to sales or inventory stock) depending on Sales manager schedule demand
Clean shelves, counter, and tables
A Salesman must adequately explain his or her company’s products or services through presentations, brochures, videos and other materials. Salesman must apply persuasive methods as needed.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Having a thorough understanding of the product.
