Strong passion and hands-on technical experience with the ability to produce proof of concept service designs and/or drive the creation of artifacts by domain architects and implement personas, journey maps, storyboards

Preparing sketches, working drawings, and construction plans

Produces and evaluates functional design requirements

Establishes and maintains a digital information architecture that is well organized, user friendly, and presents a consistent corporate look and feel

Coordinates the development, integration, format design

Analyzes the use of website content and design

Employs and supports focus groups, surveys, web statistics, and e-mail, to elicit feedback and improve digital content and organization

Utilizes best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
