Job Purpose:
To manage the Customer Service operations ensuring that Customer Service Officers deliver smooth, efficient and consistent best practices of the functions of the Customer.
Service program and initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering bespoke processes and procedures of the overall Customer Service Program by providing all Customers with excellent services and ensuring that their expectations are constantly met.

Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of high school degree, diploma, equivalent degree.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or in a customer‐oriented role.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading a customer service team.
• Proficiency in English language is a must (written & spoken), secondary language (Arabic) is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred Local Candidates (Bahraini)

Key Tasks:
• To ensure that all Customer Service Officers comply with processes and SOPs for smooth day to day operations of the Customer Service desks. This includes accurate opening and closing procedures.
• To assist the Customer Service Officers with their duties as required.
• To supervise the daily workload of the team by allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of operations and ensure proper handover of all pending tasks to the Customer Service Team leader of the following shift.
• To undertake the duties of a Customer Service Supervisor as and when required to ensure that a high level of Customer Service is maintained and to undertake any other duties as required, which commensurate with the grading of the post.
• To assist the Customer Service Supervisor by ensuring that the team achieves the set service deliveries. Adhering to the established Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards in order to maximize Customer satisfaction.
• To implement and maintain health, safety and security of staff. Ensure that Customer Service standards and other policies/protocols are implemented as applicable.
• To identify training needs and to conduct the trainings accordingly.
• To hold departmental shift briefing on daily basis.
• To ensure that all staff are in accordance with the company’s Grooming Standards and that any discrepancy is brought to the Customer Service Supervisor’s attention.
• To ensure that stationary requisition is done according to the department’s SOPs.
• To have a high level of product knowledge of the property and its facilities as well as the city where the asset is located.
