Job Description:
• Knowledge in testing the raw materials (sand, aggregate, cement, chemical) and expertise in design concrete mix for precast, ready-mix and blocks production

Requirements:
• Must possess a Diploma in Materials Engineering Degree Should have min 10-15 years of GCC exp in mixed design and as Materials Engineer.
• Must have TUV and training certificates."


* LABORATORY / CONCRETE TECHNICIAN*
Job Description:
• Examines and prepares concrete and aggregate samples for testing.
• Carries out tests and checks the test results.
• Calculates and checks the test results and assists in the preparation of the report.
• Reviews final test reports as directed by the Senior Lab Technician
and Materials Engineer
• Management of test equipment in his department
• Carries out sampling and testing on site

Requirements:

• Graduate in Civil Engineer
• At least 3 years experience as Laboratory / Concrete Technician

*SALESMAN FOR CAR SHOWROOM*

Job Description:

• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
• Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
• Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Provides sales management information by completing reports.
• Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaking is advantage
• Have an extensive experience as Salesman in Car Showrooms
• TIMINGS: SATURDAY TO THURDAY (8AM TO 1:00PM then 3:00PM TO 8:00PM)


*Accountant / Cashier*

Job Description:
• Prepares statements by collecting and analyzing data, investigating variances and trends
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues, expenditures and liabilities)
• Analyze data, investigate variances, summarize data, information and trends
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Assists with the preparation of month-end and year-end accounts close processes
• Assist in organizing and carrying out Internal Audits
• Ensure all cash clearing account are properly reconciled and supported.
• Receiving payments by cash, cheques, mobile money and /or direct transfer and reconcile the same with invoice before issuing receipt,
• Ensure all payments received are properly reconciled and banked as per company’s routines,
• Manage petty cash handling as per company’s policy and procedure and liaise with branches to ensure they are following the same.



*BATCHING PLANT OPERATORS*

Job Description

• Should have min 3-5 years of GCC experience in operating Computerized Concrete batching plants
• Having TUV and Training Certificates is an advantage
• Having knowledge in using machinery like HESS / MAZA / WEILER and SETTER

*PLUMBER*

Job Description

• Should have min 3 years GCC experience as plumber for residential and industrial.
• Able to fix all water supplies from main water to rise to the top and ground pipe.
• All cold and hot water pipe fixing projects.
• Able to do the drainage work, PVC, floor tap, new PVC pipe/ main holes

*TRAVEL AGENT / TOUR AGENT*

Job Description
• Can work independently
• Should have min 3-5 years experience in GCC in Ticketing and Hotel Bookings
• Strong Knowledge with GDS (GALILEO)

*OFFICE BOY (FILIPINO ONLY) FOR SHOWROOM*

Job Description
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping the floors, dusting and polishing cars.
• Ensure all cars are cared for and inspected accordingly
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Provide assistance to customers entering a showroom
