Job Vacancy: Female Residential Building Receptionist

Passio International, a property management company based in Juffair, Bahrain, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Female Residential Building Receptionist to join our team. If you are a dedicated professional looking for a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate direction
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Keep updated records of building expenses and costs
7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing, e-mailing, etc.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Professional attitude and appearance
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
5. Knowledge of property management or real estate industry is a plus.
