Working closely with buyers and shelves supervisors to plan product ranges.
Negotiating quantities and delivery timescales
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Knowledge of data and report writing
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
Proven working experience in merchandising.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target customers.
Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and decision-making skills.
Must have valid Bahrain driving license.
Minimum 3 years proven experience in FMCG markets.
