Title: Site Supervisor- Designer / Joinery FIT-OUT Works

Region: Bahrain

Civil Engineering Diploma with minimum 3-5 years experience in joinery and fit out work preferably in Gulf. Should have excellent exposure in Executing jobs of commercial and retail sectors, Should be able to read technical drawings.

*Coordinating with head office to site office.
*Purchasing materials for site and office.
*Submitting documents.
* Filing, Making copy's and distributing.
*Scanning documents.
* Arranging transportation and food for staffs.
* Prepare invoices.
* Making the inventory list.
* Salary distribution for the staffs.
* Coordinating with subcontractors.
* Generating request ( RFI , CVI , RFC ) & Processing
* Registration of incoming & outgoing documents .
* Receiving daily time sheets from supervisor / foreman and general foreman .
* Coordination with field time keeper , supervisor , foreman , and general foreman .
* File medical certificates.
* Generate reports ( daily man hours for supervisors , employees absent report )
(* Printing of updated blank manual time sheet for a filed timekeeper , foreman , general foreman and supervisor.
* Daily updated badge scan unit process in the track and employees badge in/out report .
* Internet and emails, office outlook.
