System Administrator Job Description:

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT department. You will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.
System Administrator responsibilities include supervising our Operations team, monitoring system performance, and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting and follow-up skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers, and networks run smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience. Candidates should have at least 5–7 years of experience working in the information technology sector. And at least 4 years of experience as a system administrator in global or multi-office network infrastructure.
• Education. Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information science, information systems, or related field.
• Certificates. MCSA, MCSE, Azure, and O365 administrator
- Personal skills. This position also requires team management and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, strong organization skills, and initiative. And problem-solving techniques. High sense of responsibility and urgency.

Responsibilities
- Provide operations, maintenance, and system administration for the tools and systems, including daily operations, configuration modifications, upgrades, patches, and new versions for the systems
- Maintain multiple domain networks and systems which running on a hybrid of Windows/Linux, on-premises / cloud for high availability and maximum performance.
- Manage Website, Domains, and hosting.
- Maintain enterprise storage solutions across multiple systems.
- Manages user accounts and assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy.
- Manage Office 365 applications such as but not limited to Online Exchange, SharePoint, One drive, etc.
- Managing the virtual infrastructure environment of hybrid of Hyper-V and VMware.
- Manage and configure the MDM mobile device management.
- Manager the Patch management application and Perform all security/compliance functions for Windows server environments to monitor and mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance within specified timelines.
- Manage the AZUR Cloud environment, especially the Azur Domain Controller
- Manage the Endpoint and antivirus application and plan for upgrades and regular upgrades and updates
- Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth and provide recommendations.
- Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
- Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
- Perform backup/recovery functions for Windows server environments and other systems. And manage the SAN Storage.
- Plan and provide technical support for disaster recovery efforts and initiatives.
- Solid experience in the Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP
- Coordination with site projects for related works such as but not limited to backup, File and printing Servers, etc.
- Manage the accounts and the related permissions for the users and systems.

- Backup and Patch Management experience

- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Initiatives in automation, integration, and digitalization.
