Looking for an experienced Travel Operation Assistant & Accounting Staff to work with Travel company. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the respective post and be able to handle a variety of tasks.

Travel Operation Assistant Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Travel packages procedures and co-ordinating with airlines and DMC's

Accountant Requirements:
Sound knowledge of EXCEL and any accounting software.
Knowledge about ledger updates and journal entries
Capable of handling auditors
Must have good knowledge of handling all VAT functions and formalities & governmental portals
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Process credit memos, and adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
Provide general administrative support to the operation team, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
