RESPONSIBILITIES:
Smart, active, independent and strong personality
Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Ensures day to day smooth functioning of CEO
Performs secretarial functions for the CEO
Arranges meeting for CEO
Handle confidential documents
Aware of Admin and secretarial job.
Draft letters, memos, reports, minutes of meetings, meeting agendas and presentations
Experience: Minimum of 3 year working experience is required in Bahrain
Languages: English (speaking, writing and reading fluent) is a MUST
Salary Range: Depends on experience and qualifications
Educational Qualifications: University Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification
Preferred Candidates from Philippines
