Description

A construction company is currently seeking an experienced Bahraini Male/Female for the position of Office Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field and possess strong bilingual skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a computer environment and be able to manage multiple tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

– Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients

– Maintain office supplies and inventory

– Schedule appointments and manage calendars

– Organize and maintain files and records

– Assist with bookkeeping and billing tasks

– Coordinate meetings and events

– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:


– Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
