Description

WE Roots Cafe looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be able to handle a variety of tasks, including documentation, email management, document preparation, and coordination with multiple companies and departments.


Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role for 1-2 years

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus plus.
