Looking for a well experienced HR Manager to join immediately.

He/She should have proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, preferably with at least 5 years experience in the hospitality/retail sector.

-Should be able to handle all facet's of HR (A seasoned generalist)
-Should have strong recruitment skills.
-People oriented and results driven.
-Demonstrable experience with Human Resource metrics.
-Knowledge on HR systems and databases.
-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
-Degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Locally available.
