Description

We are looking for an Executive Secretary & Administrator (Female Only) to support our Management Team for Business Operations. You will act as the first point of contact for related queries from employees to support the Business Operations Team. Position requires excellent organizational skills to arrange and organize external meetings. Should have the ability and commitment to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining Official and Management Personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases. Should have experience with secretarial and admin procedures.

Scope of work responsibilities:-
• Secretarial Support as assigned by the Management Team & assist for required business operations
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update required databases.
• Assist in auditing team for preparation and by providing relevant data required.
• Prepare required documents and provide assistance in bookkeeping and in-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Outlets visit if required for any personal clarifications or team meetings.
• Employee Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven work experience as an HR administrative.
• Reporting directly to the C.E.O
• Teamwork.
