Description

iMachines, a subsidiary of Almoayed Investments, is looking for a MAC_iOS TECHNICIAN.

Description:
Repair software & hardware, to include printers and network connectivity.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on Apple products.
• Provide support for JAMF (MDM) solutions (Configuration, updates, adjustments)
• Repair iOS and Mac devices using hand tools
• Replace faulty components with care to avoid parts failure to minimize financial impact
• Communicate with the manufacturer's internal service team to resolve complex issues
• Track inventory of devices and parts while performing repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, and network connectivity
• Track and complete repair orders independently and as a team
• Order and maintain parts in coordination with the warehouse/logistics team
• Provide support for applications, macOS & iOS, both client and server
• Attend meetings with vendors and administrators as needed
• Phone, email, and on-site support on all levels to end-users within the company

Qualifications and Competencies Required:
• At least 3 years of proven experience repairing current-model Apple devices
• Experience with diagnostics and a full range of hardware repairs for Apple devices
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
• IT support experience in iOS & macOS environment - Jamf MDM managed.
• Apple (ACMT, ACiT) Certification is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in Mac computer and iOS repair and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Ability to train end-users in macOS client and server
• Expertise with LAN and WAN in a multiple platform environment
• Working knowledge and repair of Xerox, Epson, and HP printers
• Knowledge of Apple Remote Desktop is an added advantage.
