We are looking for Operation Manager for cloud kitchen concept. Salary package will decided upon final interview and experience.

Responsibility:
1- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution with directors.

2- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service

3- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems

4- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant

Oversee materials and inventory

5- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

6- Ability to work under pressure, can handle staff over 25.
