Responsibilities:

1. Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
5. Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and related deductions.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
