A four-star hotel in Bahrain looking for an experienced Male Night Auditor to join Immediately.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:-

Balancing the accounts from the day shift
Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
Ensuring customer satisfaction and other concierge activities according to guest preference
Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
Creating invoices, and bills for hotel guest
Balancing the Credit card and Cash transactions.
Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
Requirements for this role:

Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a night Auditor in a reputed 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Good Communication Skills.
