Vacancy for Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant vacancy available for immediate recruitment in a well-established construction firm in Bahrain.
Scope of Work;
- Bank online payments, cheque issuance and posting the entries
- Loan and other finance documents preparation
- Maintaining cash transactions and petty cash book
- Entry posting for purchases, expenses, sales, payments, receipt collection and journal.
- Preparing invoices and vouchers
- Ensure timely bank payments to vendors and collections from customers
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Investigating irregularities or enquiries and resolving disputes
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries and provide relevant support
- Responsible for month-end closing, MIS reporting, budgetary monitoring and compilation of the information required by the management
- Other administrative work
Accounting and finance academic and professional qualifications and experience required.
Required skills:
- Tally accounting software knowledge
- English writing and speaking skills
- Ability to analyze, reconcile and report
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle target dates on reporting and managing the accounts
