Description

Education & Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of progressive experience in a real estate or related field preferred.
• 3-5 year of HVAC experience in hotel or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Physical Requirements
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

General Requirements
• GCC Driving License is a plus.
• Maintain a warm and friendly attitude at all times.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and customers.

• Comply with Company Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
• Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
• Must be able to cross-train in other related areas.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating customers or operational needs.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Fundamental Requirements
• Make repairs to company HVAC systems and car park management system.
• Maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems and car park management equipment for the company.
• Servicing, rebuilding, troubleshooting, cleaning, modifying and operating HVAC, refrigeration, controls, car park management equipment and related systems.
• Responding to calls and service as needed for park management system, air conditioning, cooler, freezers and hood systems.
• Providing complete and constant operational capabilities of all equipment and systems related to park management system and HVAC.
• Performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, and replacing spare parts.
• Take required readings on equipment.
• Understand and be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Provide proper documents for ordering parts as needed for equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
