Position: Data Entry Operator (Tally Software)

We’re seeking a highly skilled and efficient Data Entry Operator with expertise in Tally software. If you have a passion for accuracy and possess exceptional data entry skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Perform fast and accurate data entry tasks using Tally software.
• Input, verify, and maintain various types of data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and update databases with the provided information.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generate reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in general administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally software with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
