Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer & Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design and drafting, with a strong background in technical drafting, furniture design, and architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed designs and drawings for a variety of interior design projects, including private residences, commercial spaces, and hospitality venues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create comprehensive design plans
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs
- Review and revise designs as necessary to meet project goals and deadlines
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements if required
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in interior design and drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in furniture design and selection
- Portfolio of previous interior design work
