Job Title: CNC Operator - Joinery Works

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for joinery works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating 3-axis, 4-axis machines, including plasma and laser CNC machines. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the joinery industry and be able to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for joinery works, including plasma and laser CNC machines.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate tooling and machine settings.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the CNC machining process.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in operating CNC machines for joinery works.
- A strong understanding of the joinery industry and technical drawing interpretation.
- Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis machines, including plasma and laser CNC machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
