Our reputed company is in need of Merchandiser as per below qualifications and responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Minimum High school diploma
2. Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferably in FMCG industry.
3. Strong organizational and decision making skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Commercial awareness.

Responsibilities:
1. Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
2. Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
3. Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
4. Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
5. Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
6. Maintaining and tracking inventory.
7. Liaising between customer and company.
