a five star Luxury Hotel in Bahrain looking urgently for HR Manager who must be an expertise in Hotel Operations at Least for as Five years experience in Hospitality within Bahrain,

Qualifications and Job Description:

• 5 years experience in Five***** hotel
• Coordination with directors for overall company operations.
• Assisting the board of directors to achieve operational goals.
• Acting as bridge between employees and the management.
• Workforce planning and talent management.
• Talent hunt and recruitment drives to hire new talent.
• Identify the skills required to fulfill the job requirement.
• Lead the recruitment process throughout the countries of operation.
• Development & implementation of HR policies & procedures.
• Development of HR information system.
• Training and development of the employees.
• Performance reviews and evaluation of the employees in coordination with departmental heads.
• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and modify administrative support needs.
• Supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Knowledgeable in Bahrain Labour Laws
• Knowledgeable in LMRA, GOSI, SIO system and other government system.
