• To maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have valid Bahrain Driving license.
• Must be able to manage business communication through proper correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be presentable, very well groomed and have a pleasing personality.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Self-driven and work dedicated.
• Must be willing to learn and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to learn fast and follow instruction with minimal guidance of
