Description

A reputed Construction Company in Bahrain is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post-Contract) experienced in BUILDINGS, VILLAS and COMMERCIAL PROJECTS for immediate placement.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
Track changes to the construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
Measure and value the work done on site.
Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site manager, project managers and site engineers
Select and/or source construction materials
Write reports.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Should be familiar with industry standards and best practices, and have a strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
Candidates with a minimum of 3- 5 years of Pre-tender & Post-Contract experience in related Projects are preferred.
