A lounge in Bahrain is looking for a housekeeper responsible for ensuring that customers have a satisfying service experience.
Min of 2 years experience required as a waiter/service crew in hotels, fine dine restaurants.
English Level 2 as a minimum. Can hold a conversation in English with confidence.
Diploma (Preferred)


Job Description

- Follow the instructions and direction of management and supervisors.
- Trained to deliver an excellent standard of customer service and maintain that standard.
- Completed basic food hygiene, works in a safe and hygienic manner at all times
- Provide a very good service experience for guests
- Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the lounge
- Ensure serving food and beverages in a professional way
- Adhere to timing standards for products and services
- Look for ways to consolidate service
- Present available beverages and meals, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Serve guests in an accommodating manner
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests
- Apply positive suggestions to guide guests
- Maintain cleanliness, freshness, and hygiene of the lounge and its environment.
- Deliver food and beverages as needed
- Engage warmly and professionally with guests and team members at all times.
- Deal effectively with guest comments or complaints.
- Communicate any known issues to managers immediately.
- Ensure that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as directed.
- Complete own probationary and appraisal paper work as required
- Must follow all policies and procedures
- Report to property on time and in proper uniform
