Description

Duties:
1. Greet the guests and customers and guide them to parking areas.
2. Conduct inspection trips around the car park to ensure a maximized space usage and a clean and tidy park.
3. Supervise the premises through surveillance cameras and patrolling in order to prevent vehicle damage, theft of properties or vehicles.
4. Ensure vehicles are parked appropriately at the designated parking areas and take quick action in case not to ensure smooth operations of the parking.
5. Assist customers in locating vehicles by giving directions.
6. Resolve any customer issue related to the parking card that may arise.
7. Collect parking fees from guests based on charges for amount of time parked and give back change and keep banking reports of tickets issued.
8. Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
9. Address any misbehavior from customers and notify the Local Authorities to resolve the issue.
10. Perform assignments and/or duties that relate to the field of competence as may be directed from time to time by the Manager – Facility.

Qualifications:
• High School certificate.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum two (2) year of driving experience.
• Preferably a native Arabic speaker, with a high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Patience, persuasion, tact and diplomacy to deal with people.
