We are a 4* Hotel in Adliya and we are looking for a passionate, driven, resilient new member who can join our amazing team.

Position: F&B Cost Controller

Responsibilities:
1. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
2. Check and verify: Voids, discounts, and complimentary sales in the POS systems
3. Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
4. Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Bahrain and GCC market in the Hospitality industry.
2. Experience with Accounting Systems, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems.

Candidates must be available in Bahrain and will be ready to join ASAP (Local Transfer).
