Description

The Digital Marketer is responsible for the development and implementation of social media activities and plans for several clients in different industries. The role requires close collaboration with a variety of teams across Digital, Content, Campaigns.

Job Role:
Work and implement social media strategies across 6 social media channels.
Conceive, create and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns to deliver brand affinity and increase consumer engagement
Manage day to day communications and deliverables
Work and liaise with stakeholders, creative department, and client servicing one
Ability to re-purpose social media content for different social media platforms based on a deep understanding of how content is consumed differently on each channel
Create reactive and agile content
Effectively manage the social media reputation for the clients through world-class community management, moderation, social listening and social care.
Develop domestic social influencer strategy, and experienced in influencers marketing
Experiences in SEO and SEM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5+ years with social media channels and deep understanding of digital marketing; proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion
Deep understanding of the Bahraini Social Media scene, culture, trends, and also experienced with working on global social media campaigns for international markets
Strong understanding of Social Media measurement and insights as well as overall digital analytics
Proven experience working on influencer marketing campaigns
Social Media experience with F&B, Hospitality and Real Estate
Excellent project management skills
Creative thinker who can be both innovative and execution-oriented
High attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent team player
Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines

Qualifications:
Degree, Marketing / Digital Marketing, Communications or Media

*Ability to design and edit using Adobe tools is a plus.
