We are looking for a Telemarketing - Tele sales _ online

Key & Responsibilities:
• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s information profile & services.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records of customers and potential contacts
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
• Negotiating with customers about services and closing the deals with them

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 1 To 2 years in tele-sales/telemarketing is desired but even have telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage and explain the company's services by using established tactics.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills mandatory
