Job Description:

Our company New Way General Trading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Equipment Sales engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully selling industrial equipment, such as Pipes, Valves, Motors, machinery, tools, and related accessories to Refineries & various industries in Bahrain.


Sales Engineer Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in Refinery products.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
Strong communication in ENGLISH, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Valid driver's license with Own CAR.
