Store Manager
The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities:
1- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
2- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
3- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
4- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers

Requirements and skills
1- Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager
2- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
3- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
4- Strong leadership capabilities
