Description

REQUIREMENTS:

1. ANY Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 1-2 Years experience as an administrative assistant.
3. FEMALE (Filipino)
4. AGE: 25-40 years old.
5. Local Hire only.
6. CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
7. CAN maintain poise and handle pressure.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or walk-in customers & suppliers.
2. Managing filing system.
3. Recording information as needed.
4. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
5. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
6. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
7. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
8. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, filing, data entry/monitoring, and making travel plans.
9. Coordinating events as necessary.
10. Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed.


SALARY PACKAGE: BD200 - BD230 (depending on experience)
