Looking for a motivated and energetic ABA therapist to join our growing team. Experience and RBT qualification is preferred. BCBA supervision is available.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and behavioral strategies including proactive strategies, antecedent and consequence strategies, replacement behaviors, etc.
• Seek input and maintain effective communication with other technicians and therapists.
• Participate in staff training on implementation of individual behavioral support plans and related data collection.
• Assist in crisis response strategies of individuals demonstrating harmful behaviors.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Assist Senior therapists.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related human services field
• Experience in working with children with special needs
