Description

Typical tasks that the F&B cost controller is likely to perform in his/ her role.
1- Able to effectively control Food & Beverage Costs.
2- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
3- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
4- Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check.
5- Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management.
6- Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.

Experience:
At least 3 years experience in the same role with an up-scale (4/5 Star) hospitality environment.

Education:
Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a similar major.
