Job Description:

A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts by using various welding techniques such as arc welding, gas welding, and brazing. The primary function of a welder is to read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the best welding technique and equipment to use.

Job Location – Bahrain

Personnel Required – Expatriate

Position Type – Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

•Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the welding requirements.
•Ability to weld thin metal sheets.
•Prepare the work area by cleaning the metal parts to be welded.
•Set up welding equipment and adjust the settings for the specific welding job.
•Weld metal parts together using various welding techniques such as arc welding, gas welding, and
brazing.
•Monitor the welding process to ensure that the parts are joined correctly, and the welding is of high
quality.
•Inspect finished welds to ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications.
•Maintain welding equipment by cleaning and maintaining it regularly.
•Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing welding tasks.
•Keep accurate records of welding work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

•High school, ITI Welder with minimum 2 years of experience
•Certification in welding techniques preferred.
•Experience in welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and 2D drawings.
•Familiarity with various welding techniques such as arc welding, gas welding, and brazing
•Ability to use and maintain welding equipment.
•Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to welding.
•Good communication skills
•Physical strength and dexterity to perform welding tasks.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
