We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the operation team and other departments to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
