We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and has experience creating and executing social media campaigns. As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with social media content creation, community management, analytics and reporting, research, and collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Create social media posts, graphics, and videos that align with the company's brand and marketing goals
- Manage the company's social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Track social media metrics and report on the success of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms, and research competitors' strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all social media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Basic graphic design skills, including proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Salary 200-250 depending on experience
