Description

Responsibilities
• Undertake specialist and general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role.
• Assisting the HR by making sure employees to follow policies and procedures, by providing advice and guidance and so monitoring the performance of all employees in accordance with the government laws and regulations.
• Handling the administration of personnel, relating to the company benefits, leave monitoring, and indemnity.
• Assisting HR by identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations. Thus, consistently submission of monthly and yearly government dues such as GOSI, MOL website, and Tamkeen.
• Reviews employee appeals through complaint procedure and approves recommendation for termination of an employee.
• Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with scheduling the interviews and hiring procedure.
• Work closely with the Payroll/Finance Department to ensure workforce information is kept up to date, and any problems identified and addressed. Issue accurate payroll instructions, to meet payroll deadlines
• Advertisement or dealing with recruitment agencies to obtain a number of candidates according to the Position requirements.
• Received CVs and filtration the CVs with HR Manager & Line Manager to communicate for Choosing the right candidate for the required position.
• Processing all type of visas, CPR, residence permit and renewals.
• Facilitate new recruits on-boarding by conducting an induction first day session, ensure the completion of required documentation and medical fitness checks.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment agreement, health declaration, and onboarding guides
• Staff onboarding and ensure all the necessary preparation steps are taken before the joining date, including the new joiners flight tickets and purchase order.
• Provide support to the HR Manager with key HR project work as appropriate.
• Manage the scanning and filing, storage, and security of documents within the office and in the core network
• Organize and maintain personnel records,
• Liaise with external business partners like manpower agency, travel agencies, government requirements, and ensure legal compliance
• Answer employees’ queries about HR related issues
Qualifications
• 3-5 proven work experience as an HR Administrator, Recruitment, or relevant role
• Experience in HR Software, Wolke, HRIS
• Computer literacy (MS office, word, excel, power point)
• Knowledge in Bahrain labour laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in person communication skills
• BS in Human Resources or relevant field
• Preferably Male Filipino / Indian / Pakistan
