Job Title: Ticketing Staff

We are looking for ticketing and visa agent for our travel agencies

Should possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of MS applications/excel.

Even freshers can apply, experience is not mandatory. A self-starter, friendly with a go-getter attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing (flight ticketing/re-issuance/refunds)
2. Hotel bookings
4. Visa assistance (Assist with various country's Visa Applications processes)
5. Independently, handle customer queries, and draft email responses.
6. Holiday Packages.

Maintains good relations with airlines and tour operators.

Aware to handle corporate houses' travel queries/business, and attending to walk-in customers.

Should be flexible with working hours and as per business needs.

Visa and accommodation will be provided.
