Description

We are seeking a Filipino Female Cashier/Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, and handling transactions in a fast-paced environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and cakes.
- Handle transactions and operate the cash register and credit card machine.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cafe seating area and restroom.
- Restock supplies and ensure that inventory is properly maintained.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and cafe area.

## Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with coffee-making equipment and the ability to prepare various coffee beverages.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
