Description

Expertise: Office 365, MS Azure, SharePoint Online, Microsoft infrastructure Hyper-V, AD, DHCP, DNS, Nutanix, Veeam Backup. Network & Firewall, Helpdesk support

5+ Years Experience is a must.
Implement and support new and existing customers on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft IaaS, Azure Active Directory
Setting up Azure VNET, Subnets, NSGs, Routing Tables etc., Oversee the complex problems/incidents and accordingly act on escalations.
Preparation of Office 365/M365 deployment and implementations plans.
Deep knowledge in Linux / OSS and technical understanding of the following areas: Microsoft Azure Platform, Operating System/Virtualization, Networking
Familiarity with networking concepts including VIPs, NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012/ 2016/2019 DC environment, Creation/ Deletion/ Modifications of AD objects
Working with and troubleshooting all of the following: SMTP, SNMP, SNTP, POP, FTP, SSL, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, telnet, SFTP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, TCP/IP, ICMP, and UDP
Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc.)
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Mailbox administration: creatingdeletionmodifying mailboxes, Creating, Configuring, and Managing Storage Groups and Stores
Knowledge on SMTP and other Connectors in Exchange 2013/2016/2019
Administration and configuration of Veeam Backup and any other Backup Software
Experience with a variety of Hypervisor infrastructure technologies, including Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V and other similar components.
Understanding of IIS, SharePoint workflows, maintain and support SharePoint sites and dependent applications.
Resolve SharePoint-related service requests and incidents.
Install and configure all client applications on new and existing laptops and desktops
Receive all initial client support requests in a helpdesk environment (1st level support) and log all calls into an incident tracking database
Identify and solve hardware and software problems through systematic troubleshooting and provide simple instructions to end-users for problem resolution
Recommend IT procedures and processes to IT management improve system efficiency, direct all helpdesk calls to the appropriate individuals
